Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Our Service ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") operated at https://staging.revenuebeacon.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Our Service is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We provide tools and features accessible through a web browser. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
  • You may resubscribe at any time

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us through our contact form within 30 days of the charge.

5. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) except as explicitly permitted

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section.

7. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your data. If you delete your account, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Service, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. General

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
